Q5. This position has a strong focus on managing and improving warehouse operations for the business. The primary focus of the Warehouse Team is to efficiently receive & store incoming goods and equipment, and to then pick/pack and send goods to external Customers and Service Partners, as well as ensuring our own Workshop Engineering Team have the supplies and materials they need to complete the work scheduled.*
This will involve things like:

• Managing a well-run, efficient warehousing operation.
• Adherence to agreed targets for Quality & DIFOTIS (Delivery in Full on Time In Spec).
• Monitoring non-adherence and analysing root cause.
• A Continuous Improvement mindset in line with our goals to deliver a best in class customer experience.
• Engaging your team in our goal to always be better.
• Regularly reviewing best practice warehouse operations & processes and designing enhancements to our own business model.
• Using your experience of alternate warehouse environments to challenge our thinking and employ new practices where appropriate.
• Working with key members across our after-sales team to improve our end-to end operations and support key functions such as inventory management, procurement and spare parts order fulfilment.
